The Simultaneous Triple Spot Thickness Gauge has been designed for use in steel process line, particularly pickle lines as well as in tandem mills.
With three measuring heads the gauge simultaneously measures the strip thickness in centre line and at both edges. Additionally with the aid of a carriage, the measuring heads at the edges can traverse between edge and centre to measure the strip thickness cross profile.
Measurements:
Simultaneous thickness length profile measurement at centre line and at both edges. Positions for edge measurements are selectable.
Thickness cross profile measurement.
Width measurement (option).
