The AC9 Rx Pharmaceutical Checkweigher is constructed primarily of stainless steel and built to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the pharmaceutical marketplace. The fully enclosed weighing zone facilitates the highest standards of sanitation, reinforced by the sealing on all motors, loadcell etc. in their own enclosures.
The AC9 Rx checkweigher can be fully validated in accordance with FDA requirements for electronic signatures. Start-up training and manuals, both paper and electronic, are available to assist in the documentation needed to comply with FDA requirements to accomplish machine validation. The AC9 Rx is able to weigh, depending upon package weight and rate, with accuracies of ±50 milligrams. Speeds up to 500 ppm are achievable.
