AC Flux Vector variable speed drive system, 4.5 kW @ 500 rpm, or Servo drive 9 kW @ 1000 rpm
Modular barrel with 4:1 L/D sections, split horizontally for easy access
Barrel layout to suit, including 1 off side feed and 3 off top port block
Multiple electric heat/water cool 4:1 L/D temperature controlled zones up to 400°C, with self contained barrel cooling unit
Set of shafts configured with a suitable agitator configuration
Two atmospheric vent adaptors for barrel top ports,
Pressure measurement system upstream of die (0 - 100 bar)
Multi-hole stand die (two die plates, size to suit, e.g. 3 x 3mm)
Extruder workbench strand incorporating main electrical panel,
