HP-360 GM Pancake Probe

The HP-360 hand probe provides a sensitive beta detector, featuring a "Pancake" GM tube with a thin mica window. It is designed for contamination surveys on personnel, table tops, floors, equipment, etc.
   Product Detail

This detector permits useful beta sensitivities down to 40 keV and is alpha sensitive above 3 MeV. The background sensitivity to 137Cs is approximately 3600 cpm/mR/hr and it is capable of seeing low energy photons down to approximately 10 keV.

This detector is also available in a "Smart" configuration (Model SHP-360) for use with Thermo Scientific's new generation of smart instruments like the Model E-600.
