The K5039S is a constant potential, continuous duty x-ray tube for use where moderate target voltage and stable x-ray flux are required. The beryllium window keeps the x-ray beam filtration to a minimum for applications that require a large range of x-ray energy levels. The small size and front mounting flange make the K5039S easy to install and manipulate.
A matching modular power supply is available to drive the tube, and an optional analog controller enables the user to adjust and monitor high voltage and beam current.
