The VeeMax is a variable angle horizontal specular reflectance accessory. The angles of incidence can be continuously varied by moving a single control. Three masks are included to allow analyses of small samples and isolation of areas of interest on large samples. An optional polarizer can be mounted on the accessory as a sensitivity enhancement required for the analysis of thin films by grazing angles.
