The Spectra-TechTM Presslok Demountable Holder, when used with infrared windows, creates an easy-to-use transmission cell for analyses of mulls and smears. Holders are available for two window sizes: 25 mm and 32 mm. When inserting windows to create a cell, the pathlength can be varied through the use of spacers. The holder plus windows and spacers (which must be ordered separately) create a highly efficient friction lock that makes the cell leak resistant.
