The Motorized Stage is available for most Thermo Fisher Scientific infrared microscopes (not available for the IR-Plan Analytical, Advantage, or Laboratory microscopes). This stage is ideal for mapping or planned sampling sequences in FT-IR microscopy and provides precise and accurate positioning of samples for microanalysis. The system employs either an external controller or an internal power supply and controller built into the Nicolet Continu?m microscope. Optional software packages interface the stage with your PC to further extend preprogramming capabilities of the Motorized Stage. This stage allows acquisition of compositional maps from either a linear or rectangular map collection sequence.
