Environmental chambers for Smart CollectorTM allow diffuse reflectance experiments to be conducted under controlled high-temperature, vacuum and high-pressure conditions, while still taking advantage of the Smart Collector's compound parabolic concentrator (CPC) optical design.
Environmental chambers are available in both single- or dual-chamber versions. With the dual-chamber version, backgrounds can be collected under similar conditions while the sample is in place, or multiple samples can be inserted simultaneously. Both versions require a temperature controller, purchased separately.
