Innovative materials combined with the latest state-of-the-art technology and advanced design form the basis for the new Phoenix cryostat P2-CT80L. The air-cooled cryostat with 12 l bath volume features a wide temperature range from -80°C to +100°C in combination with a strong pressure and suction pump. The cooling capacity at 20°C bath temperature is up to 800 W and at -60°C yet powerful 500 W. This cryostat is thus ideally suited to be used for many very low temperature applications which require fast heat removal from the bath and also from external systems. Reliable functionality is thus guaranteed also for difficult working conditions.
The most important functions of the Phoenix II circulators are the new FuzzyStar control with neural adaptation, a 3-point calibration function, 4 storable fixed temperatures and up to 10 temperature programs with up to 30 segments.
Additional functions as the Real Temperature Adjustment (RTA) for integration in QC systems, the Fault Identification System (FIS) or the External Temperature Control (ETC) with connection for an external Pt100 sensor are included as a standard.
