The Gamma-Metrics SL GNTM Analyzer provides full elemental minute-by-minute analysis of cement slurry for quality control. Ensuring consistent and homogenized quality of raw material slurry is the key to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs in a wet process plant. When the analyzer is installed for a tank blending application, the data generated by the Gamma-Metrics SL GN analyzer is used by the operator to conserve high grade materials while ensuring the consistent satisfaction of all quality control targets, such as LSF. When installed for Raw Mix application the Gamma-Metrics SL GN Analyzer analysis coupled with the plant control network can provide high frequency quality control and optimization solution. This closed loop control will help reduce the raw mix quality fluctuations and provide a steady quality of kiln feed.
