The 35 cm3 Ionization Chamber type 2530/1C has a particularly flat energy response. There are two major applications; calibrations of X- and gamma ray instruments at the higher protection levels and the calibration and quality assurance of diagnostic X-ray generators. The signal conductors are carefully guarded in the stem, resulting in low leakage currents and post-irradiation effects. A 10 m triaxial cable and build-up cap are included.
