The Thermo Scientific GP-Series of checkweighers offers a broad range of capabilities for general purpose checkweighing applications in wet and dry environments. Advanced design techniques enable equipment to be tailored to specific customer requirements utilizing standard parts. The result is a clean, accurate, easy to maintain weighing system.

Available with either the top of the line PC-based AC9000-plus controller, or the entry level AC4000i, the GP can be configured for as much, or little, sophistication as you need.

  • Standard washdown brushless DC motors (except GP-Pharma) on quick-disconnect cabling for easy servicing.
  • Conveyor speeds adjustable over their entire range from the controller keypad as standard.
  • 4-way adjustability of conveyors allowing for optimization of product transfer and accuracy.
  • Quick-release of conveyors from frame for easy maintenance.
  • With AC9000-plus controller, approved to R51 international weights & measures standards by Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Poland.

GP-Series Models:

GP-Pharma…for small packages / high accuracy applications in dry environments at rates up to 350 packages per minute.

GP-200…for medium size packages in dry or wet environments at rates up to 280 packages per minute.

GP-275…for large packages in dry or wet environments at rates up to 210 packages per minute.
