The 6-96 is a special purpose dual-scaler intended for use with alpha and beta counting drawer assemblies.

The 6-96 is intended for use with AEA alpha and beta counting drawer assemblies. Interface cables are available for the 0744/0771/2 and SC100 series drawers. An interface module is also available for connecting the scaler to a counting assembly where the detector is an end-window G-M tube or photomultiplier tube. The only external controls are the start/stop buttons and time select switch, counts are shown on two 6-digit crystal displays.
Please note - The last day to purchase a Mini 6-96 is January 1, 2009. Support will be available for this product until January 1, 2012. The recommended replacement products are either the Delta 5 Benchtop/Portable Ratemeter or the RadEye B20 Lab1.
