Permanently etches specimen identification information onto the end of a microscope slide using a diamond-tipped stylus.
Printing may be inverted for reading in either direction.
Etches letters, numbers, Roman numerals and special characters on the slides in four font sizes.
The largest font writes three lines of up to 7 characters and the smallest setting writes 6 lines of 14 characters.
Ability to print barcodes on slides.
Numbers and letters can be automatically incremented for the desired number of slides.
Integrated Dust Extractor’s powerful vacuum pulls dust from the writing area into an easy-to-clean particle filter requiring no additional tools for removal.
Dispense hopper holds up to 72 slides which feed directly into the printing system.
Once printed, slides are stacked in the collection hopper in the order in which they were printed to ensure easy handling.
Accepts standard 75 x 25 mm slides with plain ends, color ends, frosted ends, and back-masked ends.
Additional hoppers are available when multiple colors or types of slides are used.
