OMNIC Array Automation fully automates the OMNIC Professional software for both data collection and analysis of array-based sample sets, reducing tasks that previously required hours of manual analysis to ones that can be accomplished in a matter of minutes.
Designed for applications such as high-throughput screening and crystallization studies OMNIC Array Automation is compatible with Nicolet™ Almega™ XR dispersive Raman microscopes, Nicolet FT-Raman spectrometers with a MicroStage FT-Raman microscope, and Nicolet Series FT-IR spectrometers configured with well-plate reading accessories.
Flexible Data Collection
Templates are provided for a variety of standard formats including 96-, 384 and 1536-well microtiter plates as well as the Thermo capillary tube sample holder. The package provides tools to edit and create your own array or plate formats as well. OMNIC Array Automation supports both visual and spectral-based autofocusing to ensure optimal response during unattended operation, automated sample positioning, and automatic background subtraction to optimize data collection.
Automated Data Analysis
OMNIC Array Automation takes automation to the next level by also automating the data analysis. The software can perform simple quantification analyses using TQ Analyst methods as well as automatically execute sophisticated screening methods and quickly flag those samples with significant spectral differences, thereby saving hours of manual data analysis time.
Powerful Data Review Tools
The software is designed to take advantage of the OMNIC Professional suite of analysis and processing tools and apply them to entire data sets. With OMNIC Array Automation the spectra of large selections of samples in an array data set can be quickly re-processed to examine critical characteristics and view the results in easy-to-read graphical displays.
LIMS Connectivity
OMNIC Array Automation supports bidirectional communications with LIMS platforms. The software allows the LIMS to specify samples and analytical methods for incoming sample sets, in return OMNIC Array Automation reports back the results of the analysis for storage and decision making.
The OMNIC Array Automation software can be easily configured for environments that require compliance with FDA 21 CFR 11 regulations.
