The Docking Station OS is a mobile bench to hook up existing measuring mixers or measuring extruders going back to the 1980‘s. These older systems still in use represent the measuring geometry of a relative rheometer experiment and define the shear rate and temperature profile by it’s geometry and design. New mixers and extruder look similar but may not give the identical test results. A correlation between an existing and a new one would need to be found by a calibration.

The PolySoft OS Windows software brings you up to date in connectivity by using your company LAN network and thus getting remote supervision and remote service support, Office compatibility is given by importing mixer data and graphs in your Power Point presentation or loading data tables in your Excel, both standard functions in PolySoft. Even older mixer data can be imported in the new software suite.
