TheraPure* RNA 2'-TBDMS and 2'-OMe Phosphoramidites
Thermo Scientific TheraPure RNA Phosphoramidites are ideal for challenging RNA syntheses due to controlled levels of critical reactive impurities and limited water content.
Product Detail
TheraPure phosphoramidites are ideal for the large scale manufacture of oligonucleotide compounds that require controlled impurity profiles in amidite manufacturing processes
Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification
NMR analysis is conducted on each lot to assure that the levels of critical impurities are within specifications
Limited residual water improves amidite stability, eliminating the interference with oligonucleotide synthesis that can be caused by excessive water
Process and Supply Chain Control:
A controlled raw material supply chain and established vendor partnerships ensure consistency and security of supply
Processes are strictly controlled and monitored from material procurement through final QC and product release under ISO9001 standards, providing batch-to-batch reproducibility
All TheraPure RNA phosphoramidites are supplied with lot-specific quality control data including HPLC and phosphorous NMR analyses
Product Configurations:
TheraPure phosphoramidites are available with 2'-TBDMS protection or the nuclease resistant 2'-OMe modification
Fast or standard deprotection options are available
2'-TBDMS RNA amidite chemistry is the widely accepted standard for high quality, large-scale synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides
Flexible Packaging:
Common pack sizes fit most commercially available synthesizers and are in stock for immediate delivery
Custom and bulk packaging, including multikilogram lots, are available
Thermo Fisher Scientific (Milwaukee) LLC is a licensed supplier of PAC protected phosphoramidites and 2'-OMe phosphoramidites.
