Low Critical Impurities Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification.
Documented Process & Supply Chain Control Our controlled raw material supply chain and established vendor partnerships ensure consistency and security of supply. All TheraPure products use synthetic nucleoside sources from materials of no known animal origin. Processes are strictly controlled and monitored from material procurement through final QC and product release under ISO9001 standards. These validated processes provide batch to batch reproducibility. All TheraPure DNA phosphoramidites are supplied with lot-specific quality control data including HPLC and phosphorous NMR analyses.
Control of Residual Water
TheraPure DNA phosphoramidites feature limited residual water for improved amidite stability. Excessive water can interfere with oligonucleotides synthesis.
