The Right Purity
Having the right purity is essential for successful polymerization reactions, sequencing, and other sensitive enzymatic techniques. PurePeak dNTPs are extensively purified to ensure undetectable amounts of nuclease activities including DNase, RNase and nickase. In addition, a minimum of 99% of a PurePeak dNTP is in the triphosphate form to enhance incorporation and yield optimal experimental results.
Stability of a Solution
Nucleotides can be susceptible to degradation, particularly in a dry form at elevated temperatures. PurePeak dNTPs are supplied in solution form at a neutral pH to minimize potential degradation and ensure long-term stability. PurePeak dNTPs have been shown to be stable for a period of 2 years when stored at -20°C.
Flexible Packaging
PurePeak dNTPs are supplied as a 100 mM solution, with additional formulation and mix options available to meet specific application requirements. PurePeak nucleotides are also included in the PurePeak DNA Polymerization mix, a pre-mixed solution containing four dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP) in a 10mM concentration.
