The Right Purity
Having the right purity is essential for successful dideoxy sequencing and genotyping reactions. A minimum of 99% of a PurePeak ddNTP is in the triphosphate form to enhance incorporation and yield optimal experimental results.
Stability of a Solution Nucleotide
Nucleotides can be susceptible to degradation, particularly in a dry form at elevated temperatures. To minimize potential degradation, PurePeak ddNTPs are supplied in solution form at a neutral pH to ensure long-term stability. PurePeak ddNTPs are stable for a minimum of three years from date of manufacture when stored at -20ºC.
Flexible Packaging
PurePeak ddNTPs are supplied as 100 mM (pH 7.2) or 10 mM (pH 7.5) solutions in water. Additional formulation and mix options are available to meet specific application requirements.
