Description
Barcoding is an integral part of both sample tracking and sample protection in automated and semi-automated workflows. Tracking results in high-throughput applications is especially important, which is why most platforms that are compatible with 384-well plates also have a barcode reader to assist in the tracking of the samples. To ensure compatibility with these systems, ABgene PCR plates are available with a code 128 barcode positioned on the long side opposite the numbers (as illustrated on the picture below).
