Thermo Scientific ABsolute Fast QPCR Master Mix delivers highly reproducible, sensitive and specific detection of DNA and cDNA targets, using sequence-specific probes, under fast thermal cycling conditions. Developed to deliver optimal QPCR results in a fraction of the time, typical QPCR protocol times can be reduced to under an hour.

The ABsolute Fast QPCR Master Mix is an addition to the ABsolute Blue QPCR & Verso QRT-PCR product portfolio. Like both of these mixes, the ABsolute Fast QPCR Master Mix contains a pre-blended inert blue dye which allows customers to make a visual verification of pipetting volume, thereby eliminating errors before they impact on the QPCR results. The blue dye also allows customers to pipette into white PCR plates, which often improves detection sensitivity.
