BioApplications are designed to provide scientists with sophisticated measurements that reflect the biological properties of the cell. Each BioApplication reports cellular data at the individual cell level as well as at the whole well and sub-population level. Our BioApplications offer the largest portfolio of out-of-the-box image analysis software, all validated for HCS.
Ranging from flexible general purpose to target specific algorithms, BioApplications can be utilized in both assay development and screening. Each BioApplication reports on numerous features for each cell, including size, shape, amount of fluorescent label and pattern of fluorescence and runs in real time on the instrument (intelligent acquisition) generating robust statistical and biologically relevant results. Sophisticated analysis such as object segmentation, population characterization, events and background correction can be performed with ease, and since there is no need to write tedious scripts, new biologies can be explored more quickly than ever.
Available as a suite, with all the software you need through the Cellomics One program, or a-la-carte. Couple together with a validated Cellomics HCSReagent kits for even greater productivity and ease of use. Our BioApplications can be applied to a wide variety of biologies, targets and cellular processes:
