The Thermo Scientific AC9000-plus checkweigher controller's advanced design enables equipment to be tailored to specific customer requirements utilizing standard parts. Incorporating a Thermo Scientific developed 32-bit processor system and an integral PC micro-controller, the  AC9000 Plus will handle weighing, control and reject functions at line speeds up to 700 packages per minute.

The Thermo Scientific AC9000 plus is offered as a high rate, accurate control for a broad range of high speed checkweighing applications. Incorporating a proprietary 32 bit processor system and an integral PC micro-controller, the AC9000-plus checkweigher will handle weighing, control and reject functions at line speeds up to 700 packages per minute. The AC9000-plus is capable of providing basic and advanced production statistics while maintaining set-up data for up to 400 products and communicating with external data collecting systems.

The large full-color LCD graphic display with user- friendly, interactive menu-structure and is enclosed in a watertight (IP66/NEMA 4X) rated, stainless steel cabinet.

The AC9000-plus controller can be used with any of the Thermo Scientific Ramsey range of checkweigher conveyors and is standard equipment on the Rx Pharmaceutical weigher and on the Teorema high rate can weigher.
