The Model ADR-1200S is a real-time particulate monitoring system designed for outdoor operation. The unit is designed for continuous unatttended monitoring with continuous real-time data transmission to a central location and/or internal data logging. Its weatherproof enclosure ensures safe an effective operation under a wide range of ambient environmental conditions.
Product Detail
The ADR-1200S measures mass concentrations of particulates by means of light-scattering photometry. The system has the capability to collect sampled particles on a membrane filter for gravimetric or chemical analysis.
The ADR-1200S can be used for particulate size-selective measurements using either the metal cyclone (included) or the optional inline impactor Model DR-PM10/2.5. The latter is especially designed for PM10 and PM2.5 monitoring. The cyclone is preferred for either respirable particle monitoring or to obtain information on particle size distribution. In addition to the real-time/continuous measurements by light scattering, the system enables the user to collect the sampled particles on a membrane filter for gravimetric and/or chemical analysis.
Features:
Long-term, precise/driftless measurement of airborne particulate concentrations down to 1mg/m3
Real-time and weighed average measurements or particulate size selective measurements with appropriate aerodynamic perticle discriminators
On-board large-scale data logging (up to 13,000 data points in 99 discrete tags)
Data transmission with user-supplied modem or telemetry equipment
Digital (RS232), dual analog (4-20 mA and 0-5 V), and switched alarm outputs
NEMA-4 weatherproof enclosure can be pole-mounted, tripod-supported, or used on a benchtop
