DSA-200, Dry Stream Mineral Sands Analyzers

DSA-200, Dry Stream Mineral Sands Analyzers

The DSA-200 Dry Stream Analyzer is the most recent development in this proven series. It uses the well-proven X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) method of on-line elemental analysis in dry mineral sand streams. They provide for continuous on-line measurement of a number of elements from Al to U. Benefits include more consistent product quality.
   Product Detail

The Dry Stream Analyser (DSA-200) uses the well-proven X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) method of on-line elemental analysis in dry mineral sands streams. They provide for continuous on-line measurement of a number of elements from Al to U and are the "industry standard" in mineral sands plants to monitor the product quality of the rutile, zircon and ilmenite streams. The assay information output to the controlling computer (PC) enables plant operators, or a process control system, to make changes to the process operation to ensure product quality specifications are met.

On-line pulverisers and driers are available if the product to be analysed is too coarse or too moist.
