Features include Autoexposure for true point-and-shoot Raman spectroscopy, Smart Background to save valuable analysis time, and automated fluorescence correction to minimize background interference.
Spectroscopy Software
Thermo Scientific OMNIC Specta is an entirely new software program for FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy that features innovative identification and interpretation tools. An entirely redesigned user interface helps you maximize your efficiency in working with spectral data. OMNIC Specta features new multicomponent searching and contaminant identification routines that extend the power of Raman spectroscopy.
The Almega XR spectrometer uses the same OMNIC™ Professional Software Suite that drives all Thermo Scientific laboratory systems. OMNIC is an intuitive, user-friendly software package that offers all of the power and versatility required to exploit the capabilities of the spectrometer. Parameters like laser wavelength, laser power, polarization settings, confocal configuration and desired resolution are controlled using OMNIC software.
OMNIC Array Automation software automates the acquisition of data from sample arrays, including the popular multi-well format, while OMNIC Atlµs™ software supports high-precision sample mapping to permit fully automated collection of dispersive Raman spectra over a large area of the sample. Powerful quantitative methods, including hierarchical cluster analysis and multivariate curve resolution, assist the analyst in rapidly extracting meaningful information from the large quantities of information-rich spectra generated by both mapping and high-throughput applications. In addition, Thermo Scientific offers a comprehensive line of Raman spectral libraries for easy identification of unknown sample components.
For installing the Nicolet Almega XR Dispersive Raman Spectrometer in a regulated or quality control environment, we offer a wide selection of compliance products and services to reduce implementation time and assure system performance.
