The SafeTNet 2000 is a microprocessor-based controller designed to accept input from one to two combustible, oxygen, and/or toxic gas detector heads. Standard features include, digital readout display, LED alarm indication, 4 to 20 mA output, individual low/high alarms and a common-fault alarm relay.

A system is configured and ordered as follows:
Specify the type and quantity of each transmitter. Transmitters are ordered separately (refer to fixed system products: Standard Diffusion Transmitter, FX-SMTn, FX-SMT and FX-IR)
Specify the quantity of analyzer cards. Each analyzer card has inputs for receiving signals from up to two transmitters in any combination. Determine the number of cards by dividing by two the number of transmitters specified in Step 1.

3. Specify the size of card rack(s) to accommodate the number of analyzer cards specified in Step 2. The half rack accommodates up to four analyzer cards and a power supply. The full 19" rack accommodates ten analyzer cards, or nine analyzer cards and a power supply. Blank panels are provided at no charge to cover unused card spaces.
