The Downdraft Anatomy Dissecting Table is designed to provide a ventilated workstation for animal necropsies, surgeries, perfusions, and dissections. The table functions to pull fumes down and away from the user?s face when connected to a negative air source, providing a healthier, safer work environment. Two (2) hinged covers totally enclose the work area and the cadaver.

The table draws room air equally from both sides via slots on the interior side of the table perimeter rail, enhancing the direction and control of captured air and fumes.
An adjustable volume damper control is located at the end of the table for easy access and control of the airflow volume across the work area.
An atmospheric damper is included on the table to provide continuous airflow volume when the table covers are closed, allowing for continuous balance of air on the facility HVAC system.
Type 316 stainless steel construction.
Pitched table pan allows drainage and collection of waste.
Table has two (2) panels, one located at each end of the pan, completely welded in place to direct and balance the exhausting of air within the system.
A sliding viewing port is located on each side of the table to allow observation / maintenance of the table drain trough below the body tray so that the tray / specimen does not need to be removed.
Hinged cover includes two (2) positive locks per side to lock the hood in the down position.
Each hinged cover includes two (2) grab handles that swivel in place to provide ease in lowering and raising the hood.
A removable 20" x 82" (50.8 x 208.3 cm) body / specimen tray is included.
Tray is pitched to a drain hole and is easily removable for cleaning underneath the tray.
Each corner of the table includes a 3/8" (1.0 cm) I.D. socket for placement of an optional book stand.
An optional stainless steel drain bucket and an optional removable stainless steel book stand are available.
