Product Detail
TheraPure phosphoramidites are available with 2'-TBDMS protection or the nuclease resistant 2'-OMe modification. Fast or standard deprotection options are available. 2'-TBDMS RNA amidite chemistry is the widely accepted standard for high quality, large-scale synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides.
Low Critical Impurities
Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification. NMR analysis is conducted on each lot to assure that the levels of critical impurities are within specifications.
Control of Residual Water TheraPure DNA phosphoramidites feature limited residual water for improved amidite stability. Excessive water can interfere with oligonucleotides synthesis.
