Thermo Scientific Thermolyne Temperature Controllers
A
variety of Thermo Scientific Temperature Controllers ensures that your furnace
meets your application needs. Each controller has a digital display of chamber
temperature and set point. Adjustable programmable Over Temperature Protection
(OTP) and thermocouple break protection are included.
Product Detail
Three models of Thermo Scientific Temperature Controllers are available. Refer to the furnace’s Product Detail to verify the controllers that work with a specific furnace.
Output power adjustment can be set from 1% to 100% for furnace operation below 260°C (500°F).
Controllers can be operated in ambient temperatures of 0° to 50°C (32° to 122°F) and field-adjusted to change input type, ramp rates and dwell times.
Solid-state relay controls power to the furnace.
Purchase includes all hardware for mounting, plus conduit and wiring to connect the controller to a furnace.
Controller Models
B1: Digital single set point control with a single ramp to set point and a dwell. Single display shows actual temperature or set point. Furnaces that use this control also use a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
C1: Digital programmable control with 1 stored program of 8 segments. The furnaces that use this control also use a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
D1: Digital programmable control with 4 stored programs, 16 segments per program. The controller also includes RS-232 communications. Furnaces that use this control also use a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
