The Pacific Hemostasis Product line offers Universal (UCRP) and Abnormal (ACRP)Coagulation Reference Plasmas. Reference Plasmas are used to establish and check factor assay reference curves. The UCRP is a normal human reference plasma. Analytes in this product include clottable Protein C and Protein S. The ACRP is adjusted to produce coagulation factors in the abnormal range at approximately 50% of the UCRP product. UCRP and ACRP contain the following analytes:
Factor I (Fibrinogen) Factor II (Prothrombin), Factor V, Factor VII, Factor VIII, Factor IX, Factor X, Factor XI, Factor XII, AT-III Chromogenic, vWF Antigen, Plasminogen, Protein C, Alpha-2-Antiplasmin and Protein S.
The Fibrinogen Reference Plasma has an assayed fibrinogen level for reference curve prepration.
