Instrument features:
Easy to clean waste tray that extends below the blade holder keeping users hands away from the blade while cleaning.
Simple specimen orientation knobs are located on one side of the blade holder making resectioning blocks simple.
Simple double tap start starts the sectioning motor avoiding accidental starts and keeping the users focus on the specimen and blade.
Largest stroke length available (72mm) allows even super mega cassettes vertically to produce optimal quality.
Specimen retraction (adjustable or can be turned off)
Ergonomic control panel that can be located on either side of the microtome
Automated sectioning an be operated via velocity knob, start button or option foot pedal.
