Advanced Microprocessor Controls
An easy-to-use microprocessor control panel displays detailed information on current temperature set-points, heater "on" indicators and visual over-temperature alarms.
Setting the oven temperature is simple with no tuning required and settings are stored in memory when oven is off.

Safety and Protection
Built-in safety backup maintains temperature control at 5°C above setpoint if the primary control fails. A circuit breaker protects the oven from power surges.
Thick wall and door insulation maintain safe exterior temperature to prevent burns.
Silicone gasket on the oven door prevents heat loss. Doors open 180° for unhindered access.

Robust, Reliable Construction
Durable enamel-painted steel exterior and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel interior ensure easy cleaning. Low-density heating elements ensure long life.
