The Orion 9120APWP KNIpHE® pH electrode eliminates breakage with a stainless steel cuting blade surrounding a special combination pH electrode. It  was designed for accuracy in the meat matrix.  A single junction reference prevents clogging. The removable blad ensures thorough cleaning.

Recommended Use: For pH determinations in sludge samples, cheese, meats and meat by-products where glass electrodes alone may break.
