Konelab PRIME 60 is a fully automated clinical chemistry analyzer. It offers an expanding scope of assay test parameters with a view to future applications. The highly-developed Konelab PRIME 60 is an integrated system for routine clinical chemistry tests, electrolytes and special chemistries including specific proteins, TDM, DoA and toxicology tests.

The proven, unique low-volume multicell cuvette technology has been further developed to meet the demands of the high throughput system. The large cuvette magazine gives the user real walk-away freedom. These 12-cell cuvettes require reaction volumes of only 120 to 150 ul awarding the user with low running costs.

Reagents :

Automatic sample pre-dilution. Automatic post-dilution with both high and low secondary dilution ratios. Ability to add the value of manual pre-dilution for the result calculation.
Calibration :
Linear, non-linear or bias calibration. Method-dependent use of individual calibrators or automatically diluted series from a stock calibrator. Memory for 99 different calibrators.
Quality Control :
Real time QC with multiple, user-definable Westgard rules. Programmable control interval. QC chart printouts, daily and cumulative reports. Memory for 99 different controls.
Measurement :
Colorimetric and turbidimetric principles. Kinetic and end-point. Spectral range: 340 - 800 nm.
