The Thermo Scientific Frame 44HB (“Box-weigher” in Europe) weighframe is designed to provide dependable and accurate on-line weighing of packages up to 110 lbs. (50 kg). The tough and sturdy construction of this frame makes it ideally suited for rugged industrial environments. Standard units are capable of handling line rates of up to 100 packages per minute (i.e. 300 FPM) depending on package length.

Accurate On-Line Weighing of Cases, Bags, and Large Packages...

The Thermo Scientific Frame 44HB weighframe is designed to provide dependable and accurate on-line weighing of packages up to 110 lbs. (50 kg.). The tough and sturdy construction of this frame makes it ideally suited for rugged industrial environments. Units are capable of handling line rates up to 160 packages per minute (i.e. 550 FPM) depending on package length.

The checkweighing system consists of a microprocessor-based electronic control and the heavy duty weighframe. The AC 4000 control is ideally suited for applications with moderate accuracy and speed requirements. The rugged design of the 44 HB weighframe ensures reliability and maintenance free operation. The weightable itself is virtually damage proof with overload protection up to 1,000 lbs.

In today's retail & logistics warehouse environments the Frame 44HB warehouse scale excels at accurate weighing at the highest speeds with the largest range of package dimensions; weightable lengths up to 96" and speeds to 550'/min position this as the most versatile product if its type in the industry - no matter if the application is for fixed dimension totes or random product dimensions, the Frame 44HB is equally capable. .

The AC4000WH controller leans on our legacy of sophisticated and demanding weighing system applications to deliver perhaps the most intuitive and easy to use control in the industry. Weight data output can be configured into a variety of industry standard formats and optionally integrated with a cubing/dimensioning system for a total shipping inspection solution.
