The Sapphire dual-point level system offers the industry's best sensitivity with a wet to dry ratio of over 10,000. It is available in gap or slot configurations and incorporates two Sapphire single-point level systems in one enclosure, including two electronics packages. Based on patented Time-Gate technology, the system uses an advanced form of ultrasonic measurement to offer increased sensitivity. To guard against false alarms, the variable system qualification time accurately determines the presence of liquid in the measurement gap.
Continuous self-test circuitry increases uptime by automatically confirming system integrity while rugged surface-mount technology increases durability. The Sapphire dual-point level system is also easy to install and maintain. The housing provides easy access to field wiring connections without exposing the electronics to unnecessary handling or harsh environments. For maintenance purposes, the manual loop test enables field wiring and control integrity verification without costly system removal or tank filling.
