The HAAKE ProFlow is a return-to-waste on-line rheometer with an automatic bypass to avoid the disturbance of the process during measurement. The ProFlow combines short reaction time with a setup that can be easily integrated into virtually any production line. The adaptation of a special extensional die allows the simultaneous measurement of viscous and extensional flow properties.

The HAAKE ProFlow offers continuous MFR, MVR and viscosity supervision. The versatility of the ProFlow design permits the simple installation for the whole range of extruders from lab scale to production. The ProFlow combines short reaction time with an easy setup dedicated to the needs of the production process.
The integrated automatically controlled bypass keeps flow rate and pressure constant. 32-bit data acquisition software is available to document the process. Dedicated temperature settings allow the highest reproducibility. Flexible threshold and alarm settings guarantee safe operation. Computer interfaces (i.e. ASCII or TCP/IP) are included.
