FH 40 G Probes

A rich choice of external probes can be connected to FH 40 G with cable.

• Both values, from the external probe and the internal dose rate detector are simultaneously measured !
  For example:
  - neutron and gamma measurement
  - alpha/beta contamination and dose rate
  - remote and local gamma dose rate
  - local dose rate and 20 m under water
• Each probe is automatically identified by  FH 40 G and the correct parameters are set.        
• For both values separate alarms can be set        
• Cable length may be up to 50 meter

Gamma dose, dose rate detectors:

• FHZ 632 L - 100 nano Sv/h up to 100 milli Sv/h
• FHZ 612 - wide range, up to 10 Sv/h - fits to telescope 
• FHZ 312 - 20m under water probe, high range up to 100 Sv/h
• FHZ 302 - 20m under water probe, medium range up to 1 Sv/h

NaI Scintillation detectors:

• FHZ 512 - NaI 1"x1"   light weight, fits also to telescope of FH 40 TG
• FHZ 502 E - NaI 2"x2"   aluminium housing with holder
• FHZ 502 P - NaI 2"x2"   rugged plastic housing
• FHZ 503 E - NaI 3"x3"   similar to FHT 502 E , increased sensitivity

Plastic scintillation NBR detectors:

• FHZ 672 E - aluminium housing with "red - green information" for detection of artificial gamma radiation

Neutron detectors:

• FHT 752 - BF3 detector, neutron dose rate equivalent according to ICRP 60
