The X-Ray Therapy Dosimetry Chambers possess exceptionally flat energy responses over the range of 10 kV to 100 kV with good directional responses in air. The thin window permits accurate measurements of soft X-ray radiation.
Product Detail
These parallel plate chambers are primarily used for calibrating the output from therapy superficial X-ray sets and are also suitable for measuring build-up in solid phantoms. The perspex chamber body has backscatter properties which are similar to skin, whilst the 2.3 mg/cm2 thin window permits accurate measurements of soft X-ray radiation to be made. Both the 2532/3C and the 2536/3C possess exceptionally flat energy responses over the critical 10kV to 100kV X-ray range with good directional responses in air. Each is supplied with an integral 1m cable.
Pictured are chambers 2532/3C (left) and 2536/3C. The 2532/3C is in a plate from the 2537/3 perspex plate phantom.
