FH 62-1, Single Beam Compensation

  FH 62-1, Single Beam Compensation

The FH 62-1 utilizes the radiometric principle of the beta-attenuation by an accumulated dust layer.  In contrary to the FH 62 I-R, the FH 62-1 has a single beta beam.  It is also designed to measure the mass concentration continuously.  The FH 62-1 is a competitve low budget alternative.  But nevertheless it is able to capture most of the applications of the FH 62 I-R.

   Product Detail

Applications:
  • Air quality networks: Surveillance of ambient particulate concentrations
  • Mobile: Quick response, ery low detection limit, no influences due to external vibration, no warm up time
  • Work place / Industrial sites
  • Size selective inlets: TSP, PM10, PM2.5
  • Study of human health effects

Features:

  • Scanning time 1 second, average concentrations: 30 min, 1h, 3h, 24h
  • Detection of low concentration levels
  • Electronic compensation method eliminates drifts due to temperature and pressure changes
  • Easy mass calibration and air flow rate calibration of all units in a network with the same single standard results in the same sensitivity and accuracy.
  • Self monitoring with status reports and logbook
  • Customer specific adaptations possible (contact factory for more details)
  • No heating required, so no loss of volatile mass components
  • Low maintenance cost, approx 1 year stand alone and maintenance free operation.
  • Special safety beta source
