Process eight different specimens with one assay, or one specimen with eight different assays. The cytocentrifuge spins cells from 8-well microtiter strips directly onto a microscope slide (96 spots per spin). Used for immunochemical studies, small-volume samples (10-40 microliters), and specimen preparation for ISH and FISH. Solvent-resistant slides retain separate reagents in individual wells to prevent cross-contamination.
The starter pack includes 4 holding blocks, 2 rack lids, 100 filter cards (thick), 100 eight-spot slides and 8-well strips, and 100 coverslips (enough for 100 slides, or 800 spots).
