Introduction:
High throughput screening (HTS) assays are commonly used in the discovery stage of the drug development process where a large number of compounds are screened. Compound optimization and sample analysis are factors that limit throughput. This study addresses mass spectrometry optimization and sample analysis problems by using the Aria TLX-4 multiplexed HPLC system, powered by TurboFlow™ technology, and Thermo Scientific QuickQuan software for the compound optimization process.
