| Cells are cultured in a 96-well plate with standard depth wells using a cell loading buffer and a cell modulating substance. Cells are washed with a buffer and the supernatant liquid is removed. The cells are lysed with Triton X-100 and the lysate collected. The rubidium content of each fraction is determined and the relative % Rb efflux calculated.
