| A Thermo Scientific Antaris FT-NIR analyzer was used successfully to predict the critical in-process components: gluocose, lactose, ammonia, and glutamine, ph, and cell density. The data strongly suggests that near-infrared analysis of online cultures can provide rapid, accurate analysis in real time.
