| The majority of commercially available pharmaceutical formulations are tablets and capsules designed to be taken orally. FT-NIR analysis is a powerful technique for measuring these materials. The advantages of using both the Softgel and Standard Tablet detectors on the Antaris FT-NIR analyzer will be discussed. Diffuse reflectance and transmission spectra of tablets and soft gel capsules will be shown.
