| Many different chemicals and characteristics need to be monitored to ensure quality in the manufacture of wine. This report demonstrates that FT-NIR spectroscopy is a superior alternative to traditional chemical, physical, and chromatographic methods for wine analysis. Advantages of using the Antaris FT-NIR analyzer are discussed in this note.
