Magnetic bead based chromatography  automated with KingFisher simplifies the sample purification of complex samples and offers fast and reproducible purification method for pre MS analysis. The automated fractionation offers a valuable method especially for biomarker discovery where large numbers of patient samples are analyzed for reliable detection of disease specific peptides or proteins. Dynabeads® RPC 18  are paramagnetic beads which are intended for peptide (<5000Da) sample concentration, desalting and for the reduction of sample complexity. KingFisher Recombinant Protein Purification

With their highly complex structures and varying physiochemical properties, recombinant proteins  have until now proven difficult to purify on a routine basis using standardized protocols. KingFisher solves this problem enabling routine production of antibodies/antigens, pharmaceuticals and vaccines using any kind of host cell – mammalian, insect, yeast, bacteria or transgenic animals/plants. Automated recombinant protein purification methods are available which are based on IMAC (Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography).
